All services are provided by trained technicians based on customer requirements and site conditions.
Service Booking and Confirmation
Service requests can be made through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website forms, or other communication channels. Booking confirmation depends on technician availability, service location, and time slot.
Krishna Aircon reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, technician unavailability, or safety concerns.
Pricing and Payments
Service charges depend on the type of service, AC model, condition of the unit, and additional materials required. Prices discussed are indicative and may change after physical inspection.
Payments must be made in full after completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Krishna Aircon accepts payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
Warranty and Service Guarantee
Krishna Aircon may offer limited service warranty on specific services as communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, electrical fluctuations, improper usage, or previous faulty installations by third parties.
Spare parts, if provided, may carry manufacturer warranty only.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring access to the service location, and maintaining a safe working environment. Krishna Aircon will not be responsible for service delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.
Customers must ensure proper electrical supply and infrastructure for AC services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments by informing Krishna Aircon in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a service visit charge depending on the situation.
Krishna Aircon reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if customer behavior is inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Krishna Aircon shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the service amount paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden damages, or manufacturer defects discovered during service.
